Vested is provided by Auva Labs FZE. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Operating entity

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the service. No scraping at rates beyond what the public RSS/JSON feeds permit (see robots.txt Crawl-delay).
• Do not impersonate the operating entity or its editorial voice.
• Do not attempt to circumvent sponsorship gating or rate-limiting.
• Do not introduce malware, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Vested aggregates publicly available news from primary sources and produces summaries that are explicitly grounded in those sources. Headlines, summaries, and editorial commentary written by us are licensed for personal reading and quotation with attribution; bulk redistribution and AI inference licensing follow the terms in /.well-known/rsl.json. Content from third-party sources remains the property of those sources and we link prominently back to them in every story.

Editorial content disclaimer

Reference and analysis content is intended as general information, not professional advice. Information about specific products, models, regulations, or technical claims is offered in good faith based on the sources cited; readers should verify against the primary sources before acting on it. Vested makes no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Sponsorship and affiliate disclosures

Sponsored content is labelled "Sponsored" on every surface. Affiliate links are disclosed inline and on each affected page. The sponsorship-pricing page lists the current rate card.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auva Labs FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the front page and dated below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auva Labs FZE is registered, as confirmed in the operator-reviewed final version of this document.
